Contact details
When you contact us, request an appointment or submit items for evaluation, we collect details such as your name, email address, phone number and preferred contact method.
Appointment details
Appointment requests include your preferred dates and times, appointment type, an estimate of your jewellery’s weight, item types and any notes you provide. For on-site visit requests we also collect your suburb and postcode.
Uploaded photos
You may upload photographs of your jewellery and hallmarks. Photos are stored privately — they are not publicly accessible on this website — and are used only to assess your items and respond to you. Where possible, location and camera metadata (EXIF data) is removed from photos when they are uploaded.
Postal details
For postal evaluations we collect your address or suburb, state and postcode, a description of your items and your preferred payment method. We do not ask for bank account details through this website; payment details are arranged directly with you after you accept an offer.
Identification
When you sell items to us, second-hand dealer laws require us to sight and record identification showing your name and address, keep a record of each purchase (including a description of the items and your signed statement of ownership) for the period the law requires, and provide those records to authorities through the official reporting system when required. We do not use this information for marketing.
Technical information
Like most websites, our server records basic technical information such as IP addresses and browser type for security purposes, including spam and abuse prevention. We store a one-way hashed version of your IP address with form submissions to help prevent misuse.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. It uses cookies to collect information such as pages visited and approximate location. This information is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can opt out using Google’s browser add-on.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (such as our website host and email provider), where required by law, or with your consent.
Storage and security
Information submitted through this website is sent over an encrypted connection and stored on secured servers. Uploaded photos are kept in a private location that cannot be accessed from the public website. We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and then delete or de-identify it. Photos you upload are automatically deleted 12 months after your enquiry is finalised. Second-hand dealer laws may require us to keep certain transaction records for a set period.
If you use our tracking page, you’ll need both your reference number and the email address you used, and it shows only the progress of your request — never your contact details.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us using the details below.
