Appointment type

On-site visits are for approximately 50g or more of eligible jewellery and depend on your location and our availability. This is our own service threshold, not an industry rule.

    Tips for helpful photos

    • Photograph each item on a plain, light background in daylight.
    • Include a close-up of any hallmark (clasp, inside ring band, case back).
    • For mixed lots, one group photo plus close-ups of the marks is ideal.
