How postal evaluation works

Nothing is sent until we’ve reviewed your details and provided instructions — so you know what to expect before you post.

Tell us what you have
Complete the form below with your contact details, an approximate weight and a description of your items.

Upload photos
Add clear photos of your jewellery, including close-ups of any hallmarks. This helps us advise before anything is posted.

Wait for posting instructions
We review your submission and email you posting instructions and the correct delivery address.

Package securely and post
Only post your items after receiving our instructions. Use a tracked service and pack items securely.

Items are assessed
When your parcel arrives we let you know, then assess each item’s construction, marks and weight.

You receive an offer
We send you an offer based on our assessment. You’re free to accept or decline it.
For security, posting instructions and the correct delivery address will be provided after your submission has been reviewed.
Please don’t send any jewellery until you’ve received those instructions. Remove any photographs or keepsakes from lockets before posting.
